👉Ingredients & Quantity

Ripe Banana – 2 nos
Eggs (Beaten) – 2 nos
Milk – 1/2 Cup
Palm jaggery – 1/2 Cup
Salt – 1/4 tsp
Sugar – 2 tbsp
Cardamon powder – 1/4 tsp
Coconut (grated) – 1/4 cup
Wheat Flour – 1 Cup
Water – 1/4 Cup
Ghee – 2 – 3 tbsp

👉Method

1) First melt the palm jaggery by mixing it with water and boiling it for 2 Mins. Strain the liquid and allow to cool (straining is important to get rid of any impurities in the jaggery)

2) Peel the banana and place it in the bowl. Mash banana the with a fork.

3) Add beaten eggs, milk, salt, sugar, cardamon powder, grated coconut, melted jaggery liquid, give a mix

4) Finally add wheat flour and whisk till well combined

5) Heat non stick dosa pan, add 3 tsp of ghee followed by half the ladle of the batter in the pan to form pancakes. You can Make 3-4 pancakes in a pan at a time.

6) Fry for 2 mins. Once the pancakes has retained its shape and has some tiny holes on it, flip it on the other side and fry for more 2 mins.

7) Remove the filos in a separate plate and serve it hot with evening tea.
