Coconut Ladoo | Nariyal ke Ladoo | Indian Sweet | Ganesh Chathurthi | Cooking Addiction.

Description :

This has to be the easiest Ganesh chathurthi sweet that you can make. This coconut ladoo recipe requires only 2 basic ingredients. to make this ladoos you need,

Ingredients & Quantity

Fresh Coconut (Shredded) – 150 Gms
Condensed Milk – 100 Ml
Cardamon powder – 1 Tsp
Almonds (Chopped for Garnish) – 1 Tbsp
Clarified Butter (Ghee) for greasing – 1 Tbsp

Method,

1) Put the finely shredded coconut in a pan and roast for 2 mins on low flame. I used the fresh coconut because it enhances the taste of the ladoos, but if you don’t get fresh coconut your’ll can use desiccated coconut as well
2) Add the cardamon powder and mix well.
3) Add the condensed milk and mix till all the coconut is coated with condensed milk. make sure the flame is low because if the flame is high it will burn the mixture.
4) Cook for 5 mins, once the mixture becomes thick switch off the flame and let the mixture cool down for 10 mins.
5) Apply some clarified butter (Ghee) on your palm and take some mixture and make a round ball out of it.
6) Roll the ladoos in finely shredded coconut and garnish with sliced almonds.
