Powdered white sugar/light brown sugar – 200 gms
Eggs – 5
Soaked dried fruits – 300 gms
Spice powder – 2 tsp
Cashewnuts (chopped) – 40 gms
Almonds ( chopped) – 75 gms
Walnuts (chopped) – 40 gms
Pistachio nuts (chopped) – 40 gms
Clarified butter (ghee) – 10 gms
Icing sugar for dusting – 10 gms
