Cloves – 20 Nos
Black pepper corns – 20 Nos
Bayleaves – 3
Garlic – 10 cloves
Water – 6 cups

For pulao
Basmati rice (long and fragrant rice) – 500 gms
Onion (peeled & chopped) – 3 Nos
Tomatoes (deseeded & chopped) – 3 Nos
Fresh green peas – 50 gms
Carrot (peeled & chopped) – 1
Corriander leaves for garnish
Chicken cocktails – 6 Nos
Cloves – 10
Cinnamon – 2 inch stick
Black peppercorns – 20 Nos
Cardamom – 5 Nos
Bayleaves – 3
Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
Chicken bouillon cubes (maggi or knorr) – 3
Salt to taste – 1/2 tsp
Refined oil – 50 ml (5 tbsp)
