Assalamu alaikum wrwb. Love your recipes. I have made Reshmi and Nawabi chicken at home multiple times. They are easy yet tasty. I have a query:-
I had made either Nawabi or Reshmi chicken for the first time last year. The curd left out all its water that time. But after that, whenever I've cooked both these recipes, the curd didn't leave out its water. And due to that, some of the masala used to get stuck to the pan and get burnt, although I followed all your steps. What's my mistake? Please guide
