assalaam alaikum. I am a regular follower of your recepies.they are really good. I have arequest that the chicken nihari masala that you have shown kindly also tell how much quantity of each masala has to be taken to make the combined masala.i made the masala but it is slightly bitter.my nihari too became bitter.any remedy to rectify the masala.i added 3tablespoons full to half a kg of chicken was that too much? kindly reply.let me add your recipes are excellent mashallah.
