Ingredients:
1: Moong daal 250g (washed and soaked in water for 8 hours)
2: Salt 1/2 tsp
For Frying:
1: Oil
Recipe:
1: Wash daal and soak in water for 8 hours.
2: Then drain the water, keep it on a cotton cloth wipe it well to remove water, spread it to dry the water for 15 to 20 minutes.
3: Heat oil.
4: Place small batches of daal in a seive and place it in the hot oil, fry on high flame till crisp and golden, keep sterring with a spoon, once fried place it on paper towel to remove extra oil.
5: Now add the fried daal in a bowl, sprinkle salt mix well.
6: Serve and enjoy.
NOTE: Store in airtight box or zip tight bag, for more flavour you can use black salt, chaat masala powder, black pepper powder, red chilli powder.

if soak dal in hot water it will take only 1 hrs to 1.5 hrs
