Mash ki dal pe chilka hota hae jab hum overnight bhigotay hain tau doobara wash pe sab chilka loose ho k nikal jata aur uska color lime yellow nikal ta hae , jis b bhaley b bantey
Second malika masoor kali daal jo chilkay k bagair red dal hae
Which one you have used , shakal se masoor lag rahe but u said mash daal

Hi very nice recipe and I want to try please tell me how many cups will make 100 and 50 gm dals. When you boiled dal on low to medium flame did you cover it and did you boil the dals first on high flame and then on low to medium flame and how long it took for you to boil the dals, thanks a lot
