You should mention how much Rice, chaney and water that you use by weight and volume respectively
Finally a simple chana rice recipe. All the others make it so rich, the chana flavour gets masked. Thanks very much.
One suggestion that I would make, is not to use the canned water, as it might contain preservative chemicals. Or at least rinse the canned food. If it reduces the flavour, chicken stock cube can be added. The cans should have no BPA in their lining preferably (cheap ones always have it), as BPA can cause cancer, heart disease, birth defects and diabetes. If possible, bottled chickpeas could be a choice.

Very easy recipe! I had everything right until the end. Unfortunately, I left the heat on high for too long and it burned the dish (electric stove). Now running to Walmart to grab more chickpeas.
