whenever at home i made it my pakistani neighboors and friends just love it. They agree that afghans alo paratha are delicious than desi. but everyone got thier opinion. what about your opinion. Maybe you guys should try before comments. just saying. 🙂
guys, i love indian and pakistani dishes ad at home i make almost indian and pakistani dishes. But truely i never liked desi alo parathas because i think it isnt tasty. If you guys could see how afghan alo parathas are made then you will never forget the taste. It is because afghanis paratha use single dough while desi use 2 dough to make parathas which make it a little bit dry on the pan as we see in video how parathas look.
otherwise it is lovely parathas.
