Prawns Ghee Roast / Spicy Prawns Fry is a recipe from the Malabar Cuisine. I love seafood and I am particularly fond of prawns / shrimp . This spicy prawns fry is an excellent side dish for biryani, fried rice. It also goes well with chapati and naan. In this Prawns fry recipe we are first going to remove the moisture from the prawns by cooking them over a low heat and once they lose all their moisture the prawns will used in the recipe. This method is used to ensure that the prawns get a crispy exterior and don’t get soggy. This prawns roast recipe is a perfect appetizer recipe and your guests will love it. but keep in mind that these fried prawns will be consumed in a flash and make sure that you have prepared enough prawns. Whenever I make this prawns roast it gets consumed before the table is even set, it is that delicious.

  • this masala was used in your chicken kadai receipe but it was dry the same mehod u used in this recepie  I think ginger should not be added to this recepie it will not give u the proper taste while first taking the prawns in the u should add little bit oil then it smell will vanished
