Ingredients:
500g Pomfret fish
¼ tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp coriander powder
2 tsp chilli powder
2 tsp ginger garlic powder
Some Chopped curry leaves
Juice of half lemon
1 tsp pepper powder
Salt to taste
2 tbsp oil
Directions:
Step 1: Into a bowl mix turmeric powder,coriander powder,chilli powder,ginger garlic paste,curry leaves,salt,pepper powder and lemon juice
Step 2: coat the fish pieces well with the masalas
Step 3: Marinate it for minimum 20-30 minutes
Step 4: Heat some oil (you can also deep fry to get it crispier)
Step 5: Place the fish pieces and fry until crispy on both the sides
