Mutton Ghee Roast Recipe / Mutton Roast Recipe / Mutton Dry Roast
Description :
In this video we will see how to make Mutton Ghee Roast / Mutton Roast Recipe. This Mutton Ghee Roast is made in Mangalorean Style with the freshly ground masala adding so much flavor to the recipe. First we are going to cook the mutton in a pressure cooker and then transfer the broth to the pan with roasted spice mixture and once it thickens up we are going to add Ghee (clarified butter) and the cooked mutton pieces and allow the mutton pieces to be slow roasted in ghee. This Roasting process imparts a wonderful flavor to the mutton pieces and also facilitates the absorption of the spicy masala mixture in to the mutton pieces.
