In this pulao the rice and the chicken are cooked together and so the rice will be very flavorful. For making a perfect pulao the rice should be fluffy and not be sticking with one another. This is achieved by proper ratio of rice to water ( 1:1.5). And do not cook for more than 1 whistle. Since the rice is pre soaked it will get cooked very rapidly.
