In this video we will see how to make chicken lollipop from wings. Chicken lollipop recipe is quite simple and tasty. The first step in this recipe is making the lollipop from chicken wings. The meat is separated from the bone and shaped into a ball at the end of the bone. It is then marinated in a spice mixture for 30 mins. The meat near the chicken wing is very tender and soft and this makes the chicken lollipop very juicy and tasty. The ergonomic features of this chicken lollipop enables easy handling and eating as as well. The end of the bones is wrapped in aluminium foil for this purpose.

  • It looks like the chicken wings when made inside out, the skin inside doesn’t get cooked well. You either have to keep the skin out so that it gets cooked well frying directly in the oil or you remove the skin. It is not a good practice to keep the skin inside.
