Chicken Drumsticks Recipe is an excellent side dish for Biryani and rice. This drumsticks recipe in made in Indian style with generous seasoning of coriander, fennel and cumin powder. Kashmiri Chillis are added to impart the nice red colour to the Chicken legs.
There are 2 steps in making this chicken leg fry recipe, marinating the chicken legs and frying them. In this recipe we will pan fry the chicken pieces to decrease the usage of oil. You also make chicken drumsticks in oven @ 400 F / 200 C for 30 – 40 minutes.

  • I am always weary of pan frying meat coated with mostly dry spices. They tend to impart a burn roast taste if heat is not properly maintained. It is easier to use the oven method.
    That being said, I tried the Ghee Roast Mangalorean style chicken recipe of yours…and it came out excellent. Thank you for your effort and work put into posting these videos.
