Chettinad Egg Curry / Gravy
Description :
Chettinad Egg curry is a side-dish that goes well with rice, chappatis / rotis. First boil eggs ( 18 mins in water ). And then the eggs are going to be cut in halves and added to the spicy masala curry.
Ingredients
8 eggs
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp mustard seeds
2 Bay leaves
200g shallots
200g tomatoes
1 Tbsp Ginger garlic paste
1/2 tsp of turmeric powder
1 tbps of chilli powder
Dry roast Chettinad Masala for 8 eggs
2 1 inch cinnamon sticks
4 cardamom
4 cloves
1 star anise
1 tbps pepper corns
2 tsp of coriander seeds
3 red chili
2 tsp fennel seeds
2 tsp cumin seeds
