Tamarind (Imli) Chutney Ingredient:
i. Sugar syrup (1 by 1 consistency) 4 cup
ii. Tamarind Concentrate 3 tsp
iii. Red Chili,Salt,cumin,Gram masala 1 tsp each
iv. Mellon seed or dry date to garnish

You can serve it with appetizers, make chaat with it or serve with Dahi Bhallas. Make king size and store in freezer so it’s available when you need it.
