2. Wheat flour 1 ½ cup
3. Coriander & carom seed 1 tsp each
4. Salt, Red chili, Gram masala ½ tsp each

your recipe r good but u r very messy. u hold the judge first with aata hand n then next time u hold the judge with ur other hand that way ur other hand got messy n judge also. in all ur other recipe also ur hands r always weight. otherwise good recipes.

Hi, just tried this for dinner tonight and came out pretty good. I used few cumin seeds n coriander seeds.. didn't have ajwain.. thanks a bunch! please share few more veg recipes easy ones.. simple Punjabi veg food if possible
