  • I had the paneer at my daughters home and really liked it,but where I live I couldn't find it.i checked here on you-tube and watched a couple of different videos,but yours seem to be the easier way to do it.i gave it a try and it turned out wonderful !!!   • just wanted to add instead of wasting the whey(water which you drained out in sink),could be used in various ways like kneading a dough or in curries or rice because it has some sort of protein…a suggestion..neways well done
