Ingredients:

i. Cottage cheese/Paneer 500 gms
ii. Curd 2 tsp
iii. Garlic 2 tsp
iv. Ginger paste 1 tsp
v. Bread crumbs ½ cup
vi. Gram flour 2 tsp
vii. Salt 1 tsp
viii. Black pepper 1 tsp
ix. Oil/ghee to fry

Add all ingredients except paneer and make a thick paste like marinade. Add paneer cubes and coat it completely from all sides before dropping in Hot Oil (Medium) until golden brown.Get surprised with results. 🙂
