i. Keema (Minced meat) 250 gram
ii. Kaleji (Liver Part) 250 gram
iii. Dry red chili-2,cinamom-2 sticks,clove 4-5
Black pepper corn 8-10,Cardamom 3-4
Bay leaf 8-10,Fenugrik leaf 4 tsp
iv. Onion 2
v. Tomato 1
vi. Yoghurt ½ cup
vii. Salt,Turmeric,cumin,gram masala 1 tsp each
viii. Coriander to garnish
ix Ghee or oil 3-4 tsp
