Karela (Bitter Gourd) Ingredient:
i. Bitter gourd 8-10 pec.
ii. Potato 2
iii. Onion 2
iv. Salt,turmeric,red chili,gram masala ½ tsp each
v. Amchur (Dry Mango Powder) 3-4 tsp
vi. Anardana 1 tsp
vii. Oil to fry
These are slited, stuffed with spicy, tangy mixture and Shallow /Tawa Fried. Karela/ Bitter melon when cooked Punjabi style comes very delicious. This dish goes well with chapati,Plain Paratha and Raita
