1. Wheat dough for 6 Parathas
2. Grated Caulis Flower 2 cup
3. Garlic/ginger/cilantro Optional
4. Carom seed,Salt,red Chili,Gram masala 1 tsp
5. Ghee or oil 6 -8 tsp

  • Hi ur recipes r good but u always keep telling we punjabi's are generous we punjabi's are generous in using oil etc. That doesn't sounds good. Cooking is common n everyone from various religion, cast and from different languages they all are around the world learning from youtube. Am also one of them. I hav watched many videos and cooking non of them say the way u say.
    It's a kind request. Once u record pls play the video for yourself then pls upload. Otherwise ur recipes r good. Do not degrade others cooking video and recipes. .

  • Hi again, feels like eating it right now ! please say (at least in the beginning  & a few times in between) Gobhi PRAUNTHA /PRAUNTHE instead of PRATHA/PRATHAS which is not the Real Punjabi word.
