Health conscious!!! I think not. You have just used 3-4 teaspoons of oil for 1 paratha.
Hi ur recipes r good but u always keep telling we punjabi's are generous we punjabi's are generous in using oil etc. That doesn't sounds good. Cooking is common n everyone from various religion, cast and from different languages they all are around the world learning from youtube. Am also one of them. I hav watched many videos and cooking non of them say the way u say.

Hi again, feels like eating it right now ! please say (at least in the beginning & a few times in between) Gobhi PRAUNTHA /PRAUNTHE instead of PRATHA/PRATHAS which is not the Real Punjabi word.
