1. Gram Flour 1 cup
2. Caulis Flower 8-10 florets
3. Salt,Red Chili,Gram masala ½ tsp each
4. Carom & coriander seed 1 tsp each
5. Chat Masala 2 tsp
6. Oil to fry

When cauliflower is not in season , it gives better result if steamed before making pakoras , is what i found .

Did you boiled the gobi before putting it in the besan batter? or the raw gobi directly in the batter andtheb frying?
