i. All-purpose flour 3 cup
ii. Yeast, sugar 1 tsp each
iii. Baking soda ½ tsp
iv. Cheese 1 cup
v. Curd 3-4 tsp
vi. Butter/oil/ghee as per taste 5-6 tsp
vii. Salt, Red chili, Gram masala 1 tsp each
viii. Cilantro to garnish
