Butter Chicken Ingredient :

i. Chicken 1 Kgm.
ii. Ginger and Garlic 4 tsp each
iii. Cloves & Cinamom 4 pec. Each
iv. Bay Leaf 4-5
v. Green Cardamom 4-6
vi. Butter 4-6 tsp
vii. Honey 1 tsp
viii. Tomato Puree 10 tomatoes
ix. Salt,red chili,gram masala 1 tsp each
x. Whipping cream ½ cup
xi. Cilantro & kasoori Mehti To garnish

8. Basic Condiments (Salt, Red Chilli Powder, Garam Masala)
