1. Potato 3
2. Tomato 3
3. Onion 1
4. Wadiyan 2
5.Ginger, Garlic, Cumin seed 1 tsp each
6. Salt, Turmeric, gram masala 1 tsp each
7. Pinch of Red chili & Kahmiri Mirch
8. Green Cilantro to garnish

  • I made the recipe as mentioned however the wadiya were still raw even after 3 whistles….then my friend told me to fry them before cooking. Rest is Good
