  • I wanted a non dairy recipe. We have stopped dairy products and have gone Cruelty Free so would be great if you too could give alternatives to ghee . Too much cruelty in this world so we must find a solution to dairy products. So much in the plant based kingdom out there. India should not be the #1 world exporter of beef which it is. And that is All because of the dairy industry . So tragic. Please help!

  • Nice looking yummy paratha. Excellently made. and you made it very easy as well. That pan looks rather 'well used" . Can i recommend Gotham red copper pan. I am NOT their agent or anything. Just bought it at walmart and its really non stick non grease. excellent for anything where oil is used. So your parathas ( i don't know your name Ms Chawla) would come very good and grease free. you can use abs minimum ghee or oil. I've recently started using avocado oil
