One thing- Should the dough be soft or hard like luchi? I tried it exaclty with the same proportion. Dough was not soft like the one used to make rutis… Yet to try the end result though:) BTW, I am going to have it with ema dashi. I made the latter one today and it is so yummy. This is the first time i made something which was so different and yet simple to make. Since I was checking the seasoning,( khawar aage, ek baati sesh kore diyechi. Thanks for sharing the wonderful recipes. I have used your channel previously for other bong recipes. Eka thaki. Tai sob i nijei korte hoy but I love cooking. I will contunue to do the same.
