Chicken quality has degraded a lot these days and not the same taste do we get like few years back.
Please do suggest a hack to have chicken tender and juicy “” be it any recipe or style it made”
Most of the times chicken turns out chewy and Rubbery
Restaurants i believe use more than half cooked tandoori chicken in most of the curry recipes

U cooked well but haldi addded to much.
