Curry leaves – 1-2 stems
Carrot – 1

FOR PASTE
Grated Coconut – ½ cup
Cardamom – 3
Fennel Seed – 1 tsp
Gram Flour (optional) – 1 tsp
Green Chilli – 2
Coriander Powder – 2-tbsp
Garam Masala – 1 tsp
Kashmiri Chilli Powder – ½ tsp
Turmeric Powder – ½ tsp
Packet Milk – ½ cup
Salt to taste

FOR TEMPERING
Oil – 2 tbsp
Mustard Seed – ½ tsp
Red Chilli – 2
Onion -1 tbsp
Curry leaf – 1 stem
