Carrot cut in small pieces – 1 cup

Green peas – 1 Cup
Garlic cut in small pieces – 6 to 8 clove
Ginger cut in small pieces -1 inch piece
Green Chilli – 3
4 Cloves
Cinnamon 1 small piece
Cardamom
2 Bay leaves
10 to 12 Pepper
Coriander leaves – ½ cup
Mint leaves
Pulav Masala – 2 tbsp
Oil as needed
Salt to taste
