Ghee as needed

Carrot cut in small pieces – 1-1/2 cup
Green Chilli – 4
Cabbage – 1-1/2 cup
1 Bay leaf
Cinnamon 1 small piece
Spring onion – 1 cup
Spring onion leaves – 1-1/2 cup
Garam Masala – 1 tsp
Garlic –12 cloves chopped finely
Lemon Juice – 1
Soya Sauce – 2 tbs
Salt to taste
Pepper powder – ½ tbsp
Water – 6 glass
