Oil as needed
Mustard Seed – ½ tsp
Split chickpeas (Chana Dal) – 1 tbsp
Split Black Gram (Urad Dal) – 1 tbsp
Onion – ½
Green Chilli – 1
Ginger – 1 small piece
Curry leaf – 1 stem
Milk – 1 cup
Water – 1 cup
Salt to taste
Sugar – ½ tsp
