Tur Dal – 150 grams
Pumpkin – ½ kg
Fenugreek seed – ¼ tsp
Mustard seed – ½ tsp
Red chilli – 3
Sambar onion – 1 cup
Tomato – 2
Green chilli – 3
Coriander powder – 1 tsp
Kashmiri chilli powder – 1 tsp
Sambar powder – 1 tbsp
Fenugreek powder – ½ tsp
Asafoetida – 1 tsp
Tamarind mixed water – size of a small gooseberry
Coriander leaves – 1 cup
Salt to taste
Oil as needed
