Maida/All purpose flour – 1 tbsp
Baking Soda – ½ tsp
Kashmiri Chilli Powder – 1 ½ tsp
Turmeric Powder – ¾ tsp
Garam Masala – ½ tsp
Boiled Potato – 2
Chopped Onion – 1
Cumin Powder – ¼ tsp
Lemon Juice – ½
Cumin Seed – 1 pinch
Salt to taste
Oil as needed for deep fry
