Garam Masala – 4 tsp
Cumin Powder – ½ tsp
Turmeric Powder – 1½ tsp
Coriander Powder – 1 ½ tbsp
Curry leaves – 2 stems
Almond – 15
Cashew Nut- 15
Resins (optional)
Ghee – 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Oil as needed
