Ingredients
Rice – 3 cup
Green Chilli – 8
Bay leaf – 3
Cinnamon stick – 3 inch
Clove – 5 to6
Cardamom – 4
Shajeera – 1 tsp
Fennel seed – 1 tsp
Coriander leaves – ¼ cup
Ginger-Garlic Paste – 1 tbsp
Ghee – 1 tbsp
Salt

FOR CHICKEN MARINATION
Boneless Chicken – 800 grams
Ginger-Garlic Paste – 1 tbsp
Kashmiri Chilli Powder – 3 tsp
Pepper Powder – 1 tsp.
Garam Masala – 1 tsp
Cumin powder –
Coriander Powder – 2-tsp
Corn flour / Maida – 1½ tbsp

For Masala Paste
Curd – ½ cup
Ghee – 2 tbsp
Biryani Masala – 1½ tbsp
Coriander Powder – ¾ tbsp
Kashmiri Chilli powder 1 tsp.
Pepper powder ½ tsp

For frying
Onion – 2
Lemmon Juice – ½
Ghee and turmeric powder.
