Onion – ½ kg
Coconut cut in small piece – ¼ cup
Tomato – 2
Coriander Powder – 5 tbsp
Meat Masala – 2 tbsp
Kashmiri Chilli Powder – 2 tbsp
Chilli Powder – 1½ tbsp
Garam Masala – ¾ tbsp
Lemon Juice – 2 tsp
Curry Leaves – 4 to 5 stems
Mustard Seed – 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Coconut Oil as needed
