Ingredients
Tur Dal – 1 cup
Mix Vegetable as needed – 750 grams
Turmeric – ½ tsp
Grated Coconut – 2 tbsp
Roasted Split Bengal Gram – 2 tbsp
Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
Sambar Powder – 3 tbsp
Sambar Tamarind – small piece
Mustard Seed – ½ tsp
Fenugreek Seed – 1 pinch
Urad Dal – ½ tsp
Red Chilli – 3
Onion – 2 tbsp
Fenugreek Powder – ½ tsp
Asafoetida – ¾ tbsp
Curry leaves – 1-2 stems
Coriander leaf as needed
Salt to taste
Oil as needed
