Turmeric Powder – ½ tsp
Coriander Powder – 2 tbsp
Kashmiri Chilli Powder – 1½ tbsp
Fenugreek Powder – ½ tsp
Pepper Powder – ½ tsp
Cumin Powder – ¼ tsp
Mustard See – ¾ tsp
Fenugreek Seed – 1 pinch
Curry leaf – 3 stems
Salt to taste
