Turmeric Powder – 1½ tsp
Garam Masala – 1½ tsp
Pepper Powder – 1½ tsp
Lime juice – 1½ tbsp
Ginger-Garlic Paste – 1 tbsp
Basmati Rice – 500 grams
Onion – 7
Cashew nuts – 12
Raisins as needed
Sugar – 1 tsp
Green Chilli – 4
Ginger – 2 inch
Garlic – 10 cloves
Tomato – 3
Cloves – 6
Cardamom – 5
Cinnamon Stick – 2-3 small pieces
Fennel Seed – ½ tsp
Cumin seed powder – ½ tsp
Shahi Biryani Masala (optional) – 1 tsp
Coriander leaf
Mint leaf
Curd – 3 tbsp
Ghee 2 tbsp with turmeric powder
Oil as needed
Salt to taste
