Coriander Powder – 1-tbsp
Kashmiri Chilli Powder – 1 tbsp
Kashmiri Chilli Powder (For egg fry) – ½ tsp
Garam Masala – 2 tsp
Kasuri Methi (optional) – 1 tbsp
Curd – 2 tbsp
Curry leaves – 2 stem
Salt to taste
