CURD(SKIMMED)
EVENING SNACK:(100 CALORIES)
MAKHANA/NUTS/CHANA/PUFFED RICE
DIINER(350 CALORIES)
1 BOWL DAL/CHICKEN BREAST(100GMS)
PANEER/TOFU/SOYA
SALAD
