  • Hlw mam, iam from Bangladesh. My age 33, i am following keto diet from 16th October 2019. In 10 days i lose 4 kg. Now my weight is 72. But in 15 days iam yet in 72 kg. Iam quite worried. Why my weight still in 72. Iam also doing exercise. Now adays i feel pain in my abdomen. Nd also lose motion. Iam eagerly waiting for your suggestions. Tnx.
