In a bowl at 4 teaspoon oats with 1 scoop protein powder and 150ml almond milk

Cook it either on flame or microwave

Once cooked at the oats in a bowl , add the Canadian dried cranberries , add nuts of choice and some chocolate chips.

Let it cool and enjoy ..

I started adding these Canadian cranberries in my oat meal bowls and it has been so addictive ever since. It acts as a natural sweetener in my breakfast bowl . From starting my mornings with a refreshing cranberry oatmeal bowl to adding them to salads for lunch and incorporating them into savoury dishes for dinner, these little berries have become a staple in my diet.
