Ingredients
Fish (Any ) – 500gram
Raw mango – 1 medium ( 1 cup )
Ginger Crushed – 2 table spoon
garlic Crushed – 1 table spoon
Shallots – 8 sliced
Green chillies – 7 sliced ( According to your taste)
Curry leaves – A few
Grated Coconut – 1.5 Cup ( 3/4 portion of a coconut )
turmeric powder – half teaspoon
Red chilly powder – 2 teaspoon
Coriander powder – 2 teaspoon
Fenugreek Powder – 1/4 Teaspoon
Water – 2 glass ( 500 ml )
Salt as required
Coconut Oil – 2 table spoon
