Coconut – 3/4 cup ( you can increase the quantity if you want )
Thick Curd – 100 ml ( less than 1/2 cup )
Water – 1/2 cup
Cumin seeds – 1/2 tsp
ginger – a small piece
Green chilli – 3
Salt – 3/4 to 1 tsp as taste

Coconut oil – 2 tbsp
Mustard seeds – 1/2 tsp
Dried red chilli – 3
