Mackerel – (Any fish) – 500 gram
small onion – 5
cocum 3 ps( or tamarind )
grated coconut – 1/2 of one
turmeric powder -1/4 tsp
red chili powder – 2 tsp
coriander powder – 1.5 tsp
fenugreek – 2 pinch
water – 1/2 glass for soaking cocum
1 /2 glass for grinding coconut
1 glass extra for gravy
salt, curryleaves

For seasoning
shallots 4
coconut oil -2.5 tbsp
curryleaves
